1. Service Agreement
By signing up for our services, you authorize Scoopy Pals to enter your property for scheduled waste removal. Our services may be provided on a one-time, weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly basis, as per your selected plan.
2. Client Responsibilities
Clients must ensure that yards are accessible on scheduled service days (e.g., unlocked gates, clear paths).
Aggressive or unsecured dogs must be kept indoors or properly restrained during service visits.
Excessive debris, leaves, or snow may affect our ability to provide a complete cleanup.
3. Service Modifications & Cancellations
Service changes, reschedules, or cancellations must be requested at least 24 hours in advance.
If we are unable to access your yard due to a locked gate, dangerous conditions, or an aggressive pet, the visit will still be charged at the full rate.
4. Weather & Holiday Policies
We operate in most weather conditions; however, in cases of extreme weather (heavy snow, severe storms, etc.), services may be delayed or rescheduled.
We observe major holidays and will notify clients in advance of any scheduling changes.
5. Payments & Billing
Payments are due as per the agreed billing cycle. We accept online payments via credit/debit card.
Late or declined payments may result in service suspension until payment is received.
No refunds will be issued for missed cleanups due to client-related access issues.
6. Satisfaction Guarantee
We strive for complete customer satisfaction. If you are not happy with your service, please contact us within 24 hours, and we will make it right.
7. Liability & Property Damage
Scoopy Pals is not responsible for damage to lawns, gates, or landscaping resulting from normal service operations.
We take precautions to prevent the spread of bacteria and illness, including using kennel-grade disinfectants on equipment and shoes after each visit.
8. Privacy Policy
We respect your privacy. Any personal information collected is used solely for service scheduling, billing, and communication purposes. We do not sell or share your information with third parties.
9. Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service due to unsafe conditions, non-payment, or other circumstances that may interfere with our ability to provide quality service.
